1. LASH INTEGRITY

🙌🏼 Your natural lash health is my top priority! This means that I will only place extensions that are the appropriate weight and length for your lashes. Sometimes we have to choose between long or full. Please respect this! As the professional, I also reserve the right to make a new decision during your time with me as a client for what your lashes can handle. Yay happy lashes!


2. I HAVE CATS 🐈‍⬛

If you hate cats…don’t come to the cat lady. Also if you are allergic, like very allergic, don’t book. I do have clients with “I’m allergic if I rub a cat on my face” allergies who do fine since the cats are invite to the room by client only. You will also sign a waiver stating that you are not allergic and release me of any liability for cat allergy reactions.

Also my cats are jerks and won’t come say hi unless the stars have aligned for you that day 💫

3. I WORK FROM HOME

🖤 I work from a room in my apartment. The front entry, lash room and bathroom are completely shut off from the rest of my house.

5. FULL SETS ARE REQUEST ONLY 💬

Send me a DM and I will give you available time slots that will not be shown online. I will open up the time you choose and you will go book it online.

6. FULL SET DEPOSIT

💵 A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required for all Full Sets to secure your appointment. Please send within 24 hours of booking otherwise your pending appointment will be cancelled.

Full sets can be rescheduled up to 2 times only and must be within 30 days of sending the deposit.

7. PAYMENT

NO CARDS. Cash, zelle, venmo or cashapp only. CASH PREFERRED 💸

8. BOOKING WITH ME ONLINE

💳 Square will require a card to hold your appointment. • This is not your deposit. Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED for anything. It holds your card info so it can be charged a cancellation fee if necessary. Otherwise I do not charge cards for services.

9. BOOK YOUR OWN FILLS 📆

You will be responsible for booking your fills online. I will not book for you and/or offer times that don’t show on the website. If you forget and your ideal time is taken or the next available time is over 3 weeks, DM me to book a full set.


10. CANCELLATION POLICY

🏴‍☠️ SAME DAY cancellations and no shows are charged the 100% of the full service fee.

UNDER 24 HOUR cancellations are charged 50% of the full service fee.

If you need to change your service to a different one, such as a removal, I require 24 hours notice so I can adjust the appointment day/time if needed.

💕 I actually love being super flexible for my clients so if you’re good about rescheduling within the week and are flexible for me in return, then we good! But don’t take this kindness for weakness :)



11. ARRIVALS

💬 Text me when you’ve arrived in your car and I will tell you when to come to the door.

I usually run on time or a few minutes late. If you arrive early please hang out in your car :)


12. NO VISITORS

Children and pets are not permitted as they may be a safety hazard. Please do not bring in visitors with you to your appointment. Don’t be weird. Unless it’s a cat. 🐈‍⬛



13. WASH LASHES DAILY

What happens if you don’t clean every day? Your natural lashes will fall out, literally die and you’ll have bad retention after every fill. And it’s gross.

You have layers of build up that cannot be cleaned off in one day. Buildup of skin/dirt/oils will SUFFOCATE your lashes and they will DIE. They will fall out prematurely and if this continues, if they grow back, they will be weak and frail. • If your natural lashes are dying (which can happen very quickly) I will stop all fills and put you on a break. • If you come in with layers of buildup I literally CAN’T fill you. The lashes I place will fall right back off. I’ll have to cancel your appointment!

Mega lashes get weighed down MEGA FAST and you will cause damage to your natural lashes before your next fill. Think triple the weight once oil gets on them.


14. NO TALKING RULE 😨😭

Ok we totally tell stories and catch up but once application starts GO TO SLEEP • WHY? Talking creates small movements, wiggles, and allows fumes to escape into your eyes. Tearing eyes will ruin your service! And I need to focus dudes, texture is no joke :)


15. NO GUM. NO CAFFEINE. NO PHONE CALLS

Caffeine causes fluttery eyes and makes lashing difficult and sometimes impossible! 🥹 Please put your phones on silent as well, you will NOT be able to open your eyes once the service has started and I will not keeeeeep reading who’s calling or messaging you cause IM WORKIN! 🤓💕



16. TIME 🪦

Full Sets are 3.5-4 hours. I will take 3.5-4 hours. If you have a hard time laying VERY STILL for extended lengths without issue then I can help you find an artist that would work better for you! 🥲 Unfortunately, anxious/restless lash clients don’t team well with my adhd brain. Moving around as soon as you feel me not touching your face is NOT GOOD. I work off of the pillow you are laying on!

Don’t worry, I love giving bathroom breaks so I can sneak a peak at your lashes LOL. Sleeping and snoring are very welcome :)


17. 60% FILL POLICY

YOU SHOULD NEVER LOOK LIKE YOU NEED A FILL. 👹Please come with 60% of your lashes still on. If you are down to less or if the current ones are very grown out- please book sooner!


18. 2 or 3 WEEK FILL POLICY

👉🏼 No fills may be booked over 2 weeks from their prior lash service unless I give you permission! Don’t question me LOL. 2 week fills allow me to not babysit your lashes and they’re the best for textured and/or longer length lash designs. Those that can safely go 3 weeks will be given the go ahead.

19. TOUCH UP FILLS

✨Touch up fills are available anytime in between your normally scheduled fills. Touch up fills do not allow your next normally scheduled fill to pass the 3 week fill time frame. They are an additional service that only fills in small gaps and imperfections.

(There is no removal of grown out extensions. If you came back over 3 weeks, despite being slightly filled in, there would be far too many grown out extensions to remove and replace and you would need a new set.)

20. REFUNDS

❌There are no refunds on any services.

21. 4 DAY RETENTION RULE

. 😦 If you are having any issues after your service with retention, please let me know within 4 DAYS.

I will make any changes for free as long as you come see me within seven days from your appointment (we can work around hours). This is your window! If you choose to wait until your next fill and all your lashes are gone then you are subject to normal fill/full set policies.
